Can you help people with ITIN?
ITIN cases are difficult to handle, but there are some cases that we can help. At the moment, people with the following characteristics have a high probability of being able to buy a home:
- Have an ITIN and live with someone who has a Social
- Both of you have worked for at least 2 years
- Both of you have good credit scores We recommend working on your employment history and credit score before calling.
How much do you charge for the appointments?
We believe anyone has the right to explore if we are a right fit for their needs before committing to pay. For this reason, our consultations are free of charge!
What are the requirements to buy a home?
The three things that you need are the following:
- Work History
- Proof of Income
- Credit Score
